1] Mediterranean orzo pasta salad recipe

This salad comes together quickly and easily, and it’s loaded with fresh veggies and herbs that are dressed with Greek lemon vinaigrette.

STEP1- Firstly use orzo pasta, as the basic step for salad preparation. Boil 1 cup of water, add some olive oil, and a pinch of salt. When the water is extremely boiling add the orzo pasta into the vessel and let it cook. After that drain the water with the help of a strainer and run cold water through it, so that the pasta doesn’t become soggy.

STEP2- Then in a bowl add 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cup of Mediterranean olives, 1/2 cup of cucumber, and 1 cup of asiago cheese. Toss the whole bowl together. Again add some salt to balance out the taste of the veggies and pasta.

STEP3- 1/2 Teaspoon of garlic, 2 spoons of olive oil, and some chimes to drizzle over. In a bowl add some red wine and add the mixture in and whisk it well!

STEP4- Add some chopped parsley to the salad. add up all the ingredients. Let the salad rest for 20 minutes and then it’s ready to serve.

2] Chopped Salad with Chickpeas, Olives & Feta Cheese

To eat lip-smacking salad, follow the steps;

STEP1 – A big bowl should be used to combine 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and some salt and pepper.

STEP2- Add 1 can of unseasoned chickpeas, 1 cup diced cucumber, 1 cup minced parsley, and 1 cup of cherry tomatoes.

STEP3- You may make a delightful dish of chopped salad with chickpeas, olives, and feta by combining 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, and 1/4 cup crumbled feta.

3] Grilled Steak Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

STEP1- Mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 2 teaspoons chives, 1 teaspoon heavy cream, and crumbled blue cheese in a small bowl.

STEP2- While your grill is heating up on high for 10 minutes, pat the meat dry with a paper towel and season it with salt and pepper. Put your meat on a hot grill and let it cook through on both sides.

STEP3- Place lettuce, two avocados (cut in half), red onion rings, and olive oil on the grill.

STEP4- Place the steak, cherry tomatoes, and grilled veggies on a dish. Drizzle the dressing (from step 1) over everything, then top with more blue cheese and chives.

4] Cobb Salad with Herb-Rubbed Chicken

STEP1- the grill to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and rosemary. Rub the chicken with this mixture.

STEP2- Transfer the chicken to the cutting board after grilling it. Wait for 10 minutes before slicing it.

STEP3- Add salt, champagne vinegar, olive oil, and pinch of pepper in it.

STEP4- Six cups of baby greens, two medium-ripe avocados, two hard-boiled eggs, two varieties of bacon, half a cup of feta, and four quarters of strawberries should all be included. Serve the cobb salad, vinaigrette, and chicken all at once.

5] Butternut Squash Salad

STEP4- Place half of the roasted squash on top of the salad’s mixed greens. Add the remaining squash, goat cheese, two sliced dates, 1/4 cup pomegranates, and pistachios after drizzling 1/3 of the dressing over the salad and tossing. Pour additional dressing on.
