 After the 90 minutes of your sleep stage R starts which is REM (Rapid Eye Movement). Brain activity increases, your eyes dart rapidly, and your pulse, blood pressure, and breathing quicken. This is also the time when you realize most of your dreams. REM sleep is also important for Recognizing and learning. It’s when your brain processes the information you’ve acquired throughout the day and stores it in your long-term memory. Studies make it clear that sleep deprivation is highly dangerous for health.

Sleep is important for health but it should be an adequate amount, not be exceeded to 7-8 hours in a day.
